Hi, I'm Sabrina.
It's nice to meet you.
I am a Chef-turned-Graphic Designer specializing in Web/UI, Motion & Brand Design with a passion for creating unique, quirky, and experience-driven work.
Let me tell you a little about myself.
Who I am
I’ve worn a lot of hats over the last 10 years — from studying Fine Arts at Queen’s University, to a thrilling 7-year culinary career culminating with a busy two years opening three Ottawa restaurants, to a blissful year and a half working as a Web & UI designer for the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada.
As far as design goes, I am a lover of creative problem solving, code, collaboration, team environments, and the ceaseless pursuit of self-amelioration through learning. I live for moments in design where form meets function seamlessly, and where empathy-driven work shines.

What I do
Before Covid-19 you could usually find me painting up a storm at local life-drawing workshops; lending a hand on busy nights at the Lord Elgin Hotel; making music with Valois or at Live! on Elgin’s open mic nights; or reading Palahniuk on the bus to and from school.
These days you can usually find me hunched over endless projects either personal, professional and academic; sitting very still for Algonquin College’s Animation program; attending online life-drawing workshops; perched at my piano learning my way through Chilly Gonzales’ sheet music repertoire; or lying on my kitchen floor eating something with my hands, missing the before-times.
